Join us at the Tallahassee Senior Center to watch Debbie Segal present Sweetwater Wetlands Park - Cleansing Gainesville's Wastewater and Stormwater, while also Attracting Birds and Visitors. We'll also have pizza!
Southwood Golf Club is where we will meet at 4pm. Please try and arrive a few minutes before 4pm so we can sign waivers and we'll depart at 4:10pm. Loaner binoculars are available. The restaurant at the clubhouse is open until 6pm on Sundays.
Juli will be leading a guided bird walk around Lake Elberta Park. This park is one of Tallahassee’s best-kept birding secrets, tucked away between Florida A&M University and Florida State University!
Explore your outdoors at the Wildlife, Heritage & Outdoors (WHO) at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge! There will be exhibits, demonstrations, games, crafts, food, and music!

The Red Hills Fire & Nature Festival, hosted at Tall Timbers, returns on January 31, 2026 from 11:00 to 3:00. This all-ages fun educational event about prescribed fire and its benefits is hosted in the Red Hills on even years.
